Following a problem on my XR, BMS and Controler out of order.
Very good contact with the after-sales service.
Unfortunately, it took a very long time to find the parts that FM no longer makes, but Jim from support kept me regularly informed of the situation, with a commercial gesture at the end of the day.
In the end, despite FM's policy of locking up the boards, and requiring its dealers not to sell any parts other than their own, Ride On managed to do what it took to solve my problem.

Passing through the region yesterday, we were attracted by the super 73 bikes.
We were well advised by the person who was there that day.
We rented this bike for two hours and had a lot of fun on it, with the bike paths all around.

A big thank you to the ride on experience team for their kindness and attentiveness, and to Nataniel, the ambassador from Nantes, who introduced me to the Pint and GT!
Board arrived on Saturday around 11 a.m., and by Sunday evening I'd already covered 34 km!
I showed my PintX to my friends, who fell in love with it :)
As you can see, I love the one-wheeler :)
